ElaineMARSHALLMRS Elaine Perdita Marshall - née O'Hara - of Hardman Avenue, Rawtenstall, died on Saturday, July 20, aged 72, at Blackburn Royal Teaching Hospital. She was a registered nurse prior to her retirement in 1961. Her hobbies and interests included gardening and creative activities. She was a member of many Christian ministries. Wife of husband Ian Marshall, she leaves daughter Michelle, daughter Cheryl and son-in-law Paul, grandchildren Kristen, Jordan, Declan, Miya, Evie, Charley and Ruby. She also leaves sisters Maureen and Lynne, brother Kevin and great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11.20am on Monday, August 19, at Burnley Crematorium, administered by Alistair Murdoch, followed by committal at Kings Valley Church, Rawtenstall, at 12.30pm. The family have advised that bright colours as part of the dress code are welcome. Flowers are welcome, however donations, if desired, are suggested for Re-Ignite Church, Blackburn.
