John William ThomasLUNTPeacefully after a long illness on 8th May at The Royal Stoke Hospital, surrounded by his family. John aged 72 formerly of Norman Avenue, Tunstall, now reunited with his loving mum and dad.

Loving husband of Susan, doting dad of Paul, Andrew, Kevin and Thomas. Loving grandad of Imogen, Lois, Hattie and Ottilie.

John will be deeply missed.

Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday 5th June at 12.00pm,

Family flowers only, donations to Burslem Scouts. A donation box will be available at the crematorium.

We got to know John well over the past few years. He became more than a brother in law. He was a true friend We got to see beyond his tough exterior and got to see the big softie he really was.
He told us many times he loved us, and we knew he meant it.
Anyone who got to know John the way we did, got to know a good man.
We'll miss you
