LUGGStephen Sadly passed away on Maundy Thursday 13th April 2017 at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, after a devastating battle with cancer. Former Mayor's Consort and Sheriff's Consort Loved and loving husband to Jan. Proud father to David, Richard, Christopher and Katie. Father in law to Mel and Alex. Funeral to take place on Friday 12th May 2017 Service to be held at Gloucester Cathedral at 11am, followed by committal at Coney Hill Crematorium at 12 noon. Family flowers only please.
