BlythLOCKWOODLOCKWOOD (Blyth). Formerly Lobley Hill. The family of the late Cynthia, wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards of condolence and beautiful flowers. Appreciation for generous donations to St. Oswald's Hospice which amounted to £400. Also thanks to Dr. Kimmitt, Dr. Gittens and District Nurses Olive and Wendy who cared for Cynthia and supported the family. Special thanks to Dr. Dewar and her team who gave our mam hope and an extended quality of life. Thank you also to Out Of Hour Nurses, PACH, Marie Curie, St. Oswald's Day Unit, Astley House and Blyth Disabled Forum Carers who all provided Cynthia with care, compassion and sensitivity. Special thanks to Chaplain Christine Brown for her comforting service and to Blyth Co-op Funeral Directors for their professionalism and understanding.
