Grateful thanks to Dr Alexander and Wellway practice, the Palliative care team & Emergency night nurses who came whenever we required them. To Rev Gillian Harwood for her moving service and Grandson Steven who spoke so lovingly on behalf of her Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren. To the Flower Port for the beautiful floral tributes and Jeff & Lesley Gascoigne and Staff for their careful and compassionate help with the arrangements and delicious buffet.
