Special thanks to Drs at Park Avenue Medical Centre and Mr Camelliri-Brennan who was consulted too late to be of any help to Mike; Aileen McKenzie for her visits to Mike, you refused to let him feel down and that was what Mike needed at that time; David Barr for your help and kindness to Mike; good luck at Petershill; Co-op Funeralcare who took Mike into their care and helped us to give Mike the dignity and respect he so justly deserved and Dixie and Yannis were superb and added that extra special touch. Thanks also to Mr Pat Martin. Thanks to all for your letters and cards, it is a comfort at this sad time to know you were thinking about us.
