PatriciaLEEOf Milford House Care Home. Patricia passed away peacefully with family by her side aged 89 years. Leaving behind family: 3 Daughters, Susan, Sharon, Carol and their families including 6 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren.
The Funeral Service is on Friday 24th April at 11:00am at Amber Valley, Swanwick Crematorium
Family flowers only please.
Donations in lieu of Alzheimer's UK, donations will be collected on the day of service.
DRESS CODE: Family would like people attending to wear a flash of pink or red.
