JuneLAMBERTThe family of June Lambert, of Accrington, widow of Ian Lambert, announces with heavy hearts and great sorrow, her passing on Friday, September 24, aged 91. She was a light in this world, and now we need to continue shining her light in our hearts. All our love, sons Neil and Keith, daughters-in-law Angie and Susan, grandchildren David, Melloney and partner James, and great-grandchildren Bella-Rose, Ebony, Amelia, and Olivia. The funeral will take place at Accrington Crematorium at 3pm on Monday, October 11, with wake at the Brooks Club to follow - all welcome. Family flowers only please; donations to Macmillan Cancer Support c/o funeral director Hyndburn Funeral Services.

Sorry to hear of the passing of June. June was a very dear loyal friend to me and my husband Mick. We met back in the 1980s and have been friends ever since even though I have been living in Malta for many years now. June never forgot our birthdays and always sent us cards. She will be sadly missed. RIP my dear friend. Love Lorraine and Mick.
