KNIGHTChristine Sylvia and family would like to thank friends and relations for their support, cards and flowers since the sad loss of Christine. Also to the many carers at Ivy House, from August 1993 to March 2010, especially Mr and Mrs Freeman and Lisa and those at the Royal Derby Hospital who cared for Christine in her final days. Special thanks to the Reverend Canon Blowers for a caring service and G Wathall and Son Ltd for their professional help during this time.
