DavidKIRKWOODJune and Bill Farquhar and all the family of the late David Kirkwood wish to express their gratitude for the help, kindness and support of friends and professionals through recent difficult times. The assistance of Social Work Departments and the My Care group was much appreciated, providing far more than a basic care service for many months. The hard-pressed medical team of Ward 4 at PRI deserve unstinted praise for their humanity and patience as well as their medical expertise during David's last hours. Ian Willox, David's choice of Humanist Celebrant, came from Banbury to give a splendid farewell address, blending humour with the sadness. Finally, they would like to acknowledge the kindness and quiet efficiency of David Baxter and colleagues at James McEwan, Funeral Directors of Perth.
