DorothyKIRKRoberta "Dorothy" Kirk, née Robb, brought up at Holestane farm, Thornhill, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on 29th March, 2026, aged 92 years.
Dearly loved wife of the late Jim, much loved Mum and Mum-in-law of Valerie and John, Helen and Pascal, Christina and Terry, devoted Granny and Great Granny to Amelia, Heather, Ailsa, Giselle, Iona, Aya and Elias.
A celebration service of Dorothy's life will take place at Roucan Loch Crematorium, Dumfries, on Monday 20th April at 12 noon and thereafter to Thornhill Friendship Club, 15 West Morton Street, DG3 5ND for a bite to eat and to share memories.
All those who knew Dorothy are warmly invited to either or both gatherings.
