Maria and family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, sympathy, cards of condolence, Mass cards and all donations to Grace House Children's Hospice received during their bereavement of Pat. Thanks to doctors and staff of Ward 5, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Dr. Stephenson, partners and staff and nurses and carers who looked after Pat so carefully and staff of Boots and Sava Centre.
