AnnJONESVal, Bev, Diane and families wish to express their sincere thanks to family and friends for their kind messages, support and heartfelt sympathy following the loss of their wonderful Mum and much loved Nana. Also for the generous donations to the Alzheimer's Society. Special thanks to the staff at Plas Eleri for their compassion, care and attention given during Mum's final days. A special thank you also to the staff at Dolwen for the wonderful care and support given to Mum over the last 5 years, especially during lockdown. Thanks also to Martin Baldry for the lovely service and to R Morris & Son for the dignified and caring funeral arrangements.
