RhianJONESJONES - Rhian, Gwyn, Eifion, Trefor and family of the late Derek Jones (Trax) formerly of Queensway, Old Colwyn wish to express their sincere thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for every expression of kindness and sympathy they have received following their bereavement and for the generous donations received in his memory towards the Coronary Care Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital and St. Johns Church, Old Colwyn.
