JamesJOHNSON(JIM) June 2nd, 2012. Passed away peacefully at his home in Skelmersdale, aged 79 years. Wife Ellen and families would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers and donations received during the recent sad loss. Special thanks to Annette (Community Matron), District Nurses and Queenscourt Hospice, Southport for their care and kindness shown to Jim. Thanks also to Eleanor West of St. Paul's Parish Church for her kind ministrations and to Melanie and all at H. Hardman & Co. for their dignified Funeral arrangements. Donations will be passed to Parkinsons Disease Society, The Royal British Legion and Queenscourt Hospice, Southport.
