Sarah HelenJOHNSONPassed on peacefully, 23rd August 2021, with her family beside her, due to complications from Motor Neurone Disease. Sarah was a PICU/PCC Nurse at Nottingham QMC for almost 30 years. Wife of Andrew and Mother of Elizabeth and Isaac. The funeral will be held at St Chad's Church, Wilne Lane, Draycott. DE72 3QH on 14th September 2021 at 2pm.
