Loving husband of the late Gwen,
treasured father of Christopher and
Wendy and much loved grandfather and
great-grandfathe r. Jack passed away
peacefully on 13th February 2008,
aged 89 years.
Jack's funeral service will be held on
Friday 22nd February at 1.00pm in
Stapenhill Cemetery Chapel, followed by
a burial in the cemetery grounds.
Family flowers only please. Donations in
