CliveJAMESONTeresa Jameson and family would like to sincerely thank all family, friends and neighbours for their cards, messages and kind donations to the Motor Neurone Disease Association, after their sad loss of Clive. Special thanks to the EA Unit at the University Hospital of North Tees, Rev. Kevin Leavesley for a beautiful service, and to Jaki at Relph Funeral Services for the kind, considerate and professional care they gave us at this sad time.
