Leonard PaulJAKEMANPassed away peacefully at Chamberlaine Court Care Home on Saturday 4th March 2023, aged 72 years of age. A funeral service in celebration for Len's life is to take place at The Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Monday 3rd April 2023 at 2:45pm. Family flowers only but donations if desired are to be forwarded to The Nuneaton branch of the The Royal British Legion. Cheques can be made payable to RBL Poppy Appeal.
