at the Queens Centre, Castle Hill Hospital.
A much loved Husband of Amanda,
loving Dad to Alan and Stuart.
Sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday 18th March 2.30pm
at Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby.
No flowers please but donations for the Queens Centre may be left at the service.
