Dearly loved wife of Jonathan, devoted and loving mum of Nathaniel, much loved daughter of Sheila and the late David, step daughter of Howard, dear daughter-in-law of David and Ruth, sister-in-law of Rachel and Anthony, sister of Victoria and the late Peter also a good friend of many. Hazel will be greatly missed by all. Service at St John the Evangelist Church Upper Denby on Tuesday 9th November at 12.30pm.
