Dearly loved Husband of Pat, loving Dad to Tony, Liam and David, a dear Brother In Law to John and Pam, Peter and Jos, Australia, and a much loved Uncle. Matt will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Service and committal will take place at Blackley Crematorium, on Wednesday 26th September 2018 at 11am.
