I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Dai, please accept my sincere condolences from all of us here at Tŷ Hafan. Dai was a very special man and we can see from your Tribute page he was dearly loved by all of his family and friends. He will be missed.

At Tŷ Hafan, the diagnosis of a life-shortening illness turns everyday life upside down for families, leaving them facing a future that is so different to the one they imagined. Your generosity means they can receive the care and support they need. Thanks to you, they can create a lifetime of memories in the time they have together, just like your memories of Dai.
