Suddenly but peacefully on the 21st August at the age of 82 years with his wife Jean at his side, Intelligent, eccentric, passionate about the Cornish language, Jean's husband, carer and best friend. An electrician, a local politician, a singer, a Cricketer and a proud Bard of the Gorsedd of Cornwall since 1985. The eldest of his brothers Michael (Deceased) John, Kenny & Roger, an Uncle, Great Uncle and Great-Great Uncle. But most of all the best Dad to Jennyfer, father in law to Troy and Harry and Katy's grandad. The teller of rude jokes and stories. The genealogist of our family and its history. Sadly missed, irreplaceable and larger than life. As a family we would like to thank the South West Ambulance service and the Camborne & Redruth Community Hospital for caring for Jean. Also thanks to Colin at Retallack Bros Funeral Directors for looking after Dad and Supporting us as a family.
The Funeral service will be held at St Illogan Parish Church on Friday 25th September at 2.30pm followed by burial into St Illogan Church Yard.
