Leslie JackHOLMESFormerly of Holbrook Road, Alvaston, Derby. Passed away peacefully at Sherwood Foresters Nursing Care Home at the age of 87 years.
He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Vanessa and Ethan and daughter in law Lesley.
A funeral service will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium on Tuesday 12th May 2026 at 11.30am.
No flowers please however donations in memory of Les can be given at the service to benefit Dementia UK.
