Special thanks to Pam Littlewood who gave a lovely service for Jack in celebration of his life, E Hurton and Son for their utmost professionalism, West Retford Hotel for the excellent funeral tea. Nursing staff on A4 and Assessment Ward at BDGH for the wonderful care and kindness given to Jack and his family.
