CathHOLDENHOLDEN The family of the late Cath Holden wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy and to all those who paid their last respects at Perth Crematorium. Special thanks to James McEwan and Son for their care and attention, to Jim Petherick of the Humanist Society of Scotland for his lovely service, to the staff and doctors of PRI, the Caledonian Road Health Centre and to the many carers who looked after her. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten.
