JoanHOGANMrs Joan Hogan, of Oswaldtwistle, died on Sunday, May 22. Joan was a retired secretary. She was a former president of the Inner Wheel, and also an active member of the Oswaldtwistle Civic Society. She was also a keen gardener, and enjoyed doing crosswords. Joan was the wife of the late Terry. She leaves her son Timothy, grandson Dominic, and daughter-in-law Jane. She was also known as Auntie Joan to many nieces and nephews. The funeral was held on Tuesday, June 7, at 10am at St Mary’s RC Church, Oswaldtwistle, followed by burial at Immanuel Churchyard at 10.45am. Family flowers only, with donations to CLIC Sargent - The Malcolm Sargent Charity, c/o funeral director Hyndburn Funeral Services, Accrington.
