DaveHOCKLEYJuly 15, 2008 Peacefully in Queenscourt Hospice surrounded by his family, aged 58 years, of Southport. Much loved father of Lauren and Sarah, dearly loved son of Min. Sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service took place at Southport Crematorium on Tuesday 22nd July. Donations are being gratefully received by the family for Queenscourt Hospice.
