Passed away peacefully at home on the 12th June in the loving arms of Rob.
Devoted and loving partner to Rob. Special Mother to Debbie and Michael and Mother-in-Law to Tony. Loving Grandma to Paul, Anfo and Lee and a Great-Grandmother to Amy and Olivia.
A private cremation will take place on Wednesday 1st July. Please remember Pat in your own way on the day.
Until we meet again in the great blue sky. I will miss you until that day.
