Peacefully in hospital on 16th April 2026, aged 89 years.

Beloved husband of Doreen, much loved dad of Heather and Richard, and a loving grandad to James.

Richard will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.

Please meet for funeral service at Tynemouth Crematorium on Friday 1st May at 2.15pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to The British Heart Foundation.
