Margaret AnnHARDWICKWe announce with great sadness the passing of Margaret after a short but bravely fought illness on 29th September 2025 aged 89 years. Loving wife of Brian, mother of Gill and Ray, mother in law of Pat and Tracey. Devoted grandmother of Kate, Becky, Laura and Sam. Great grandmother of Ryleigh-Mae and Emilia.

A service to celebrate Margaret's life will take place at Chanterlands Crematorium (Large Chapel) on Tuesday 21st October at 10:30.

Donations may be left after the service for Cancer Research UK & Sight Support Hull & East Yorkshire.

Only just got round to doing this as couldn't find the words to say. On 29th September we lost someone who lived up to all of the names big grandma just grandma and then also granny bear and then more recently to my girls little grandma. I cant put into words the hole she has left in our lives. The lady I used to go to for advice for daily chats and in the later days take to do her daily appointments and shopping. I am so going to miss you granny but I no now you are no longer in pain or suffering. We love you goodbye Untill we meet again one day xx
