Thanks to all staff at Moorhead Care Home for looking after Hannah so well, to Burnley Road Bowling Club and Julie for the lovely buffet, and finally a very big thank you to Lianna, Carl and all the staff at L. Champ Funeral Services for their care and understanding and making a sad day more bearable.
