Adored wife of Mike, special and loved mummy of Lois, Mason, Daisy-Anne and Ollie-Jack, cherished daughter of Roger and Sue, much loved sister of Jodi and brother Jake, lifelong friend of Natalia. Katie-Sue will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Resting at A G Adams Funeralcare until the funeral service at All Saints Church on Friday 14th July at 10.30am followed by Committal at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium. No flowers by request, donations in lieu if so desired would be gratefully appreciated for Velindre Hospital c/o the Funeral Director. In memory of Katie-Sue please wear colourful attire.
