Also the Latter Day Saints for the lovely service and to Tina, Ball Hill Flower Shop for the nice arrangements of flowers she provided. Thanks also to Myton Hospice for the care and attention they gave him. Thank you also the lovely Macmillan Nurses, Dawn and others who helped me to look after him. Also Co-Op Ansty Road for all their help. He will be missed by all who knew him. I will miss him very much. He will always be in my thoughts. God bless.
