ElizabethGREENWOODPassed away peacefully aged 91 surrounded by her loving family on Monday 7th July 2025 at Macclesfield District General Hospital.
The cherished wife of Frank, loving mother to Mark, Paul and Penny, dear mother-in-law to Debbie & Kate, much loved Grandmother to Chloe, Lucy, Tobie and Tia and treasured Great Grandmother to Teddy, Ralph, George and Audrey.
Liz will be lovingly remembered for her sense of fun, warm personality, friendly nature, love of socialising, strength of character, positivity and boundless energy.
The funeral will be held with a private family committal at Birches Crematorium, Northwich, before a service of thanksgiving at 11.30am on Wednesday 23rd July 2025 at St. Mary’s Church, Astbury. Will friends please accept this notice as an invitation to join us in celebrating Liz’s life.
The family are truly grateful for all the kind messages of condolences and cards that have been sent in Liz’s memory. We request that instead of flowers, donations can be made to the RNLI. A donation box will be available at the service, however donations can be sent via the funeral directors.
