HazelGREENDied suddenly on 21st January 2019, aged 57 years. Precious daughter to Hilda Goldstraw, loving partner to John, devoted mother to Jonathon, Beckie and Stephanie, a loving nana to Bethany, Kaitlyn, Rosie and Jack, a loving sister to Stuart, Micheal, June, Heather and Steven. Funeral service to be held 12th February, 12 pm at Macclesfield Crematorium. No flowers, donations if desired to I.C.U and the Neonatal Unit at M.D.G H.
