SusanGRAHAMPassed away peacefully in the loving care of East Lancashire Hospice on Tuesday, September 7, surrounded by her loving family and friends, Susan Lorraine, aged 60, of Accrington. The devoted partner of Steven, loving and loved mum of Jade and Liam, dear mother-in-law of Liam and Caroline, cherished grandma to Kaison, dear sister of Linda and a loyal auntie, relative and good friend to many. Susan had a larger than life personality and wherever she went she was always the life and soul of the party, and this made her the most perfect host in her working role as an Ann Summers Party organiser. Sue loved days out to the seaside, especially to St Anne’s on a bank holiday, and each year would look forward to getting away to Wales for some rest and relaxation in a static caravan with her partner Steven, always accompanied by her loyal companion Ben the dog, and they would enjoy the sea air spending hours walking on the beach. Susan was the most doting mum and proud grandma and loved to cook for all of her family, and her roast dinners and trifle held legendary status. Susan was the most strong and courageous lady who would always fight her corner and following her diagnosis of cancer, faced her illness with a strength and courage that can only be admired. Susan’s funeral service was due to be held on Thursday, September 16 at Accrington Crematorium. Donations can be made in memory of Susan on behalf of East Lancashire Hospice.
