JimmyGOURLEYGOURLEY (Fenham). Jacque, wife of the late Jimmy and his family, would like to sincerely thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues for their kindness, support, cards of condolence, beautiful floral tributes and donations to be shared between Marie Curie and the Community Nursing Service. A special thanks to Catherine, Angela, Alison and Steven and all the nurses and carers who looked after Jimmy. Thanks also to his GPs and Dr. Alexa Clarke, Sarah and the Macmillan Team, also Jerry Young from John Bardgett and Sons for his thoughtfulness and beautiful singing voice and to the Rev. A.
