HazelGODFREYGODFREY - Hazel and family wish to thank everyone for the many expressions of sympathy received since the loss of Vic, who passed away on the 5th October 2008. Hazel would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd for their care kindness and warmth, they made us feel a part of the family at our "Second Home" - In particular the Dermatology Unit. Also with grateful thanks to Jan and her team of district nurses. A private family ceremony was held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on 13th October 2008, according to Vic's express wishes. Any kind donations should be sent to The Dermatology Fund at Ysybty Glan Clwyd.
