Peter SmithGAYNERPassed away surrounded by family on 13th March 2023, aged 85 years. Dearly loved Father to Valerie, Gillian and Claire. Treasured Grandfather to Jessica and Anna, also a dear Brother, Uncle and Friend. Funeral Service will take place at West Lancashire Crematorium on 12th April 2023 at 3pm. Family flowers only please. Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully received for Medical Day Unit Trust Fund, Ormskirk Hospital and Myeloma UK.
