I am Graham Gregory who used to live on Empire Road but am now in Suffolk.I went to Bend Oak Junior and then Ada Chadwick School with Ian.I knew him best at Bend Oak and recall visiting him at his home in Winshill (Bladon Street?) to play games. If memory serves "Gonkers" as he was nicknamed was a keen footballer and had lots of football related stuff.I also believe he was one of the first kids in Winshill to have an orange Raleigh Chopper bicycle, which made us very envious. I was very sorry to hear of Ian's passing and wished to express my belated condolences to his family.I am widowed so I know something about losing a loved one.RIP Ian from your old mate Greg
