You used to come down to Bridlington with Donald and stay with my Gran a few times a year. I have some very fond memories of your visits! In recent years, I came to visit you with my daughters, Charlotte and Lydia. I'm so thankful they got to meet you. My thoughts are with all your family, who I finally got the chance to meet at your funeral. You always spoke so fondly of them all when I saw you, so it was lovely to see them in person, even if it was unfortunately under such sad circumstances.
You were a much loved family friend, and you will be missed so much.
