ImpeyFRANKAlderman Frank (Jim) Impey passed away on Sunday 29 November 2015 aged 82. Devoted community figure to the Northolt area with over 16 years as councillor and community activist. Will be so sadly missed by his children Mark, Paul, Helena and Suzanne, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Loved by his family, friends and community. Funeral at 2.45pm 18th December 2015 at Breakspear.
