PatriciaFRANCISWe are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Trish Francis, who died on Saturday 11th April 2026 at the Freeman Hospital surrounded by her loving family, after bravely fighting cancer for over seven years.
Much loved mam of Sheree, Lauren, Liam and Kieran.
Dear daughter of Rose and the late Alan.
Cherished nana of Jack, Eva, Ezra, Thea, Niamh and Dominic.
Beloved sister of Denise, Darren and Kevin.
A treasured friend to many, Trish will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Trish's team at the Freeman Hospital, Dr. Jill Gardiner, Dr. Alistair Greystoke, Nurse Christine Rushton and all of the staff at the Northern Centre for Cancer Care. We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to the staff on ward 34 of the Freeman Hospital who cared for Trish in her final days.
Would family and friends please meet for funeral service at West Road Crematorium on Friday 1st May at 12.00 noon.
The family warmly welcome you to join then afterwards to celebrate Trish's life at Throckley Bank Top Club, NE15 9DU.
There are no tomorrows we can share, but our yesterdays are always there.
