A beautiful friend, neighbour and one of life’s true treasures.
Knowing you and our families for the past 50 years and a constant part of our little community in Blundellsands, with so many happy memories.

From lifts to the charity shop, chats along the garden path, popping in for a cuppa, and sharing countless laughs and giggles, with your infectious and infamous laugh❤️Say hi to Pete, Tommy and Gill🙏🏻
Joan’s kindness, warmth and friendship touched so many of our lives.

Our little town won’t be the same without you. There really was only one Joan Fox ❤️
Rest peacefully, Joan. You will be loved, remembered and missed more than words can say!

Joan..you always said such lovely things to me ...always praised me on how I kept the kids .....you didnt know how much that meant...but it did...I enjoyed our chats in crosby more recently....with sympathy to the family on the loss of such a wonderful woman ...reunited with her loved ones...rest in eternal peace joan xxx

To Joan, you made me feel like I was part of your family. You helped us all so much and we knew if we ever needed anything we could pick up the phone or your door was always open. Thankyou for always being there to listen and for the endless supply of tea. We will never forget you and will love you always. I’m so glad that Harry got to spend time with you. I’ll make sure he grows up hearing the stories of his great nana Joan xxx

To Nan, I miss you more than I can even put into words. When something happens I no longer am able to call you but I look up to the sky and hope you’re hearing me watching over me. I will protect you in life like you did with me, but also now you’re gone I will protect you. You stopped living your life to help us live ours and look after grandad, you are my inspiration ever day. You worked so hard and I believed in you every day, and the confidence you would say you lacked I had an infinite amount of confidence in you and what you could achieve and I hope up there you found a cup of tea, Alfie Benny and all the other dogs you picked up along your way, and the family you missed so much. I’ll be here hoping you are looking down on me laughing and listening when I tell people straight and saying WOWWWW when I’m bitching away. I will keep learning because I had the best teacher, you. I will make you proud every day nan I promise. Those who let you down will carry that guilt every day. And I will carry how proud I am for my nan in my heart every day. Good night Nan I love you and I wish I had told you that every day x
