BernardFORSHAWBernard passed away peacefully with his family by his side on 27th June, aged 82 years. Dearly loved father to Bernard and Janette. Much loved father-in-law, uncle and cousin. Reunited with his beloved wife Claire, his sister Alma and brother Shaun. Bernard will be greatly missed by all. The funeral service will be held at Agecroft Cemetery Chapel on Thursday 28th July at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers for Mencap.

limousine trip, meals out, (fish and chips).
