Edward MichaelFORMBY-BOOTHPassed away on Wednesday August 16th 2006 after a long illness bravely borne. A loving dad to Julie and Jeremy and grandfather to Alexandra and Max. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends, especially Aunty Joan and cousin Mary. Funeral service is to be held at the Torquay Crematorium on Friday August 25th at 3pm.
