Hi I’d just like to say what a lovely man Howard Foden was he helped me with my business accounts
I met him in Congleton he was always so cheerful and said he was the Mayor of Salford and I was the Mayoress! This was because my business was opposite Salford mill
He spoke a lot about his daughter Emma
