On Wednesday 4th May 2022, Jack passed away peacefully at The Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro, aged 97 years.

A beloved and much-loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandpa.

Funeral service at Mullion Methodist Church, Cornwall, on Tuesday 24th May at 11:30 am followed by a family cremation.

Family flowers only, but donations welcomed in memory of Jack for The Cornwall Air Ambulance, by way of a retiring collection or sent to the Funeral Director at the address below.
